For frying chicken (1kg):
- Add 100g powder to bowl
- Add 100ml water and mix to form a batter
- Coat the marinated chicken with the batter
- Fry the chicken in cooking oil
- Enjoy!
We’d suggest frying at 175-180°C, frying time depends on the size of the pieces and desired texture
For best results, season the fried chicken with pepper salt before serving.
