Jasmine Iced Tea with Apple

The perfect thirst quencher with a floral aroma and delicate flavor!

What you’ll need

– 1 apple cored, cut into thin wedges
– 12g green tea leaves
– 500g hot water
– 300g ice cubes
– 100g jasmine syrup

How it’s done:

Step 1

Put the apple wedges and 200g of hot water in a pot, cook until the pulp is soft and translucent, remove the pulp and turn off the heat.

Step 2

Put green tea leaves into the teapot and add hot water to steep for 2-3 minutes. Strain tea leaves and pour tea into a cup with ice.

Step 3

Stir in the apple juice and jasmine syrup. Serve.
