To make popcorn chicken (1kg):

1. Add 50g powder into a freezer-friendly container
2. Add 60ml water and mix until fully dissolved
3. Add the chicken pieces to the container, cover the chicken with the marinade
4. Store in a fridge to marinate (6-12 hours)
5. Once finished, coat the marinated chicken with fry batter and fry
6. Enjoy!

For best results, season the popcorn chicken with pepper salt before serving.
