To make popcorn chicken (1kg):
- Add 80g powder into a bowl
- Add 100ml water and mix to form a batter
- Add the marinated chicken, toss to coat
- Fry the chicken in cooking oil
- Enjoy!
We’d suggest frying in around 175-180°C. Frying times depend on size of popcorn chicken and desired texture.
For best results, season the popcorn chicken with pepper salt before serving.
